मैं जिंदगी का साथ निभाता चला गया 
हर if और but को धुएं में उड़ाता चला गया

I have been listening to this beautiful Sahir song for almost last 25 years. At this juncture of life I just thought I should understand this word "फ़िक्र" in a better way...
